To start, simply select a workout routine, tap "Begin," and follow along with the instructions displayed on the screen or spoken aloud. You have the flexibility to watch, listen, or do both as you engage in the exercises. The app combines auditory and visual cues to help you establish an appropriate jumping rhythm. Additionally, you can adjust the volume of the spoken instructions or opt for a visual-only mode if preferred.

The Workout Intensity Graph preview outlines the forthcoming intensity levels during each workout segment. The graph's higher bars indicate more vigorous jumping intervals.

Your workout results are automatically logged upon successful completion and can be accessed for review any time you wish.

Once you have mastered the fundamental two-footed jump, Jumper Ultimate offers a range of advanced variations, such as high knees, double unders, and alternating feet jumps. Seeking diversity in your training? Jumper Ultimate has the array of workouts to meet your needs.
