Additionally, you can adjust the volume of the spoken instructions or opt for a visual-only mode if preferred.

The Workout Intensity Graph preview outlines the forthcoming intensity levels during each workout segment. The graph's higher bars indicate more vigorous jumping intervals.

Your workout results are automatically logged upon successful completion and can be accessed for review any time you wish.

Once you have mastered the fundamental two-footed jump, Jumper Ultimate offers a range of advanced variations, such as high knees, double unders, and alternating feet jumps. Seeking diversity in your training? Jumper Ultimate has the array of workouts to meet your needs.

Moreover, the option to create personalized workouts is available through an in-app purchase. With an intuitive workout designer feature, the customization possibilities are nearly endless.
